Adult achievement unlocked! I just bought a deep-freezer! I'm planning on buying some bulk meat, but I'm really trying to reduce my plastic usage. What's the best least-plasticy way to freeze meat? We're not huge carnivores in our house, so I'd like something that will protect it more than a couple of weeks.
