I will be starting my Masters soon and I will be in Waltham, MA. I was previously at State College, PA so I am suddenly becoming aware of the stark difference in rent prices (almost 2.5x in some cases). I would really appreciate aby tips for a college student to live as frugally as possible. Region-specific tips would be even better! Help me save!!
