I drink 1 to 2 smoothies a day (usually 2 since I’m lean bulking my body), so I need a blender. I also want to make sauces, dressing and seasonings such as sofrito, hummus, salsa, dressings, etc.
I figure the nutribullet pro and a quality food processor can last long, plus I’ll get worthy results compared to the vitamix e310 which really is solely a blender more than a processor. But that’s my assumption. I’m just concerned that the nutribullet won’t last long in terms of durability and being used multiple times daily.
My smoothies will consist of: flax and chia seeds, nuts, banana, berries and/or any fruit, leafy greens &/or veggies and maybe some ice. I doubt the nutribullet can handle making sofrito, hummus or other sauces without extremely dressing the motor in the long run, which in turn would make the product a “non-buy it for life” product.
So, what’s your suggestion?
PS
I’m trying to budget and save money, but if the vitamix alone is worth the long term investment over the other options, then I’ll just drop the $326 on it. So, I wanna fit my needs buy getting the best quality that I can get for the least amount of money.
I’m also trying to save space since I have a huge 12 cup (cooked) rice cooker/mulitcooker & an 8 quart instant pot. I meal prep twice a week, so I needed both.
