I'm looking for durable and water-resistant gloves, they'll be used for general purpose manual labor. At my fire department, everyone recommends having a second pair of regular work gloves since our structural firefighting gloves are bulky. I won't be using them to do anything fire related, I just need them to hold up and be somewhat water resistant since I'll be rolling wet hose with them. I don't expect them to be water-proof, I just don't want my hand to get soaked by the slightest bit of water. I've been thinking about the HEX1 brand, does anyone have any experience with them?
