I'm subscribed to a lot of shops like VS, DSW, ULTA, etc... and they are always sending out emails saying, "Spend $75 and get a free weekender bag/gift card/beach towel/etc...!"
Can I technically just spend the money to get the free stuff and then return my purchase and keep the free stuff? I'm wondering if it's possible to stock up on all this stuff at all and sell it or give it to people as gifts if applicable?
