So me and fiance moved into a single bedroom apartment at 576 sq ft about a month ago. 3 days ago we get the electric bill for an absurd amount of $212. I went outside to check the meter and I find a cable running from under our apartment along the outside wall into the apartment behind us. Neither connecting end of the cable is visible.
Am I wrong to think they might be stealing power?
