Hi All,I’m looking to build a work desk for my new bedroom. However, I’d love to integrate a kind of hidden storage feature that when activated would rise from below the desk.My vision was a rectangular storage container for keys/passports/external drives that when closed and compressed downwards would be flush with the desk and leave no hint that, that part of the desk can rise up (as much as a noob can do that). Ideally this wouldn’t require power and would be a quiet mechanism.Any help y’all could give me in identifying potential mechanisms that fit what I’m looking for would be great.
