Sorry if the answer is obvious, but I’m a little terrified. My roommate suddenly announced that she is moving out today, and I can’t cover her rent. My girlfriend and I have already spoken to our landlord, but if we moved out as well, we would need to continue paying rent until the unit has renters in it. So I’m stuck in an overpriced apartment because my child of a roommate decided she didn’t want to live here anymore 15 days after signing the lease. I don’t know where the money to pay her side of rent will come from, and I’m at a loss. Theres still 11 months left, what can I do?
