here's the deal. My mom died of cancer in 2013. they had a trust with property and 401k etc etc. Dad meet someone, she has "her own money" but I still don't like her. to my knowledge I have a signed power attorney over my dad for all things financial, medical or other. The jist is my dad eloped, I question his mental ability to make decisions with his ms. he said he did a prenup but who knows? Do I go nuclear with the power of attorney , do I meet with the estate attorney? How do i protect mom and her wants??????
