Also have a 6 month emergency fund.
I am invested in Vanguard Retirement fund for the 401k and Roth IRA.
I am invested in some low cost index funds that are similar to the vanguard ones in my HSA.
What are some good set it and forget it funds for someone like me?
I am looking to invest and diversify everything I have after my expenses so that I can make a decent return in the future.
I've always thought about owning real estate, but it seems to be a very risky, possibly costly investment.
Edit: I also plan on building my 6 month emergency fund into a 12 month emergency fund.
