seattle - wonderful city - a few of my friends grew up there, moved out, and moved BACK as adults, went to buy houses a few years ago in seattle only to find that the housing prices there were rising at an insane rate. i wonder if there is some tool or website that has algorithms that notices the signs of this happening just as it begins to happen?
