I've had the basic Oral B 600 for years and need to replace it but now you get ones that are 10 times the price. How much do these ones actually do that the basic ones don't? Are they more powerful?
For example from the Oral B range; the 600 vs the (slightly more costly) 650 or the (even more costly) Pro 2 2500N?
