So I've been at my current job for quite some time and I'm 25 years old. I really do enjoy the job and have never thought of leaving. My job does not have a 401k benefit and I am searching for a higher up job within the company to obtain it,
however if my search ends up not finding anything, should I be job searching else where? My job does offer pension but Im not sure if that's even good enough?
