Sound funny, right? But I'm serious. The water coming out of my tap is 67 degrees and costs about three bucks for a thousand gallons. If I filled a large jug in my home presumably it would act as a heat sink and bring the temperature closer to 67, yes?
Let's ignore the cost of the massive jug. How might we calculate the cost to run this system?
And yes, yes, I know there are a lot simpler ways to reduced my AC costs, the last house I lived in didn't have AC and we survived by flushing the air at night and keeping the windows and blinds shut during the day.
