So im 19 and homeless. The shelters im staying at have shampoo typically but thats it and its usually watered down/cheap since so many people use it. Its starting to damage my hair and give me dandruff. Basically i wanna start buying my own shampoo/conidtioner but at most retail stores its 10$ a bottle or more. (Maybe im judt blind?) But I wanna buy it at the dollar store but im afraid itll be too cheap or damaging. Am i being naive and should just go buy it?
