My daughter fell off a slide at a park with her great-grandmother. We go to a local ER and dont have insurance, but they tell us a doctor will be with us shortly. A nurse comes in and checks her out, she wont put weight on the leg. We go in to get an x-ray and the nurse says the radiologist didnt find anything. Gives us tylenol, and pretty much says if she doesn't put weight on in the next day take her somewhere else. They charged us $1700 for basically nothing, and we didnt even see a doctor. Is there anyway we could fight this?
