I'm repairing my Beats Solo 2 headphones (right speaker going in and out) and I tracked down the problem to the internal speaker wire that runs from the 3.5 mm jack on the left ear cup to the right speaker. There are a couple of sites that sell a replacement internal wire for $11 but I'd rather source the wire myself as I believe I could get it a lot cheaper.So far though I haven't been able to find any wire for sale that looks correct. From what I can tell, the wire is 1 mm dual core. It seems simple enough, a pos and neg bundled into one jacket that runs through the headband. But everything I'm finding online has an external diameter of 5 mm or so, can anyone help me find (or help me figure out what to search for) a dual core wire that is small enough externally? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Iu99vY
