I plan on building a privacy fence along my backyard property line. There was an existing wire fence that I ripped out. I mean ripped in the literal since because it was completely overgrown by ivy and other vines.My concern is building a new fence and it too being engulfed in vines. How would I best go about mitigating this? My neighbor rents out their property and doesn't do anything to control the overgrowth.
