The Victorinox Swiss Army Knife. Another true Buy It For Life item you can still buy new today. This one is a Marlboro edition that I got NOS from eBay 7 years ago, and it’s from about 1995. It’s my third over a span of the last 25 years, and the other two were lost while still in their prime.
My 1960s Platt leather tool briefcase passed down from my great uncle who use to repair mechanical calculators and typewriters. He used it everyday for over 40 years and has lasted me all through College.
