me, SO + friend are looking for a 2-bed to rent (UK), for our first place after living in furnished student accommodation. being sharers, rent/bills shouldn't be too bad- but with the deposit/admin fees/first months rent etc to think about i'd personally rather move into another furnished place rather than dropping £££s on furniture.
however, there's a lot less choice if i filter properties by 'furnished', and i've been told by multiple estate agents that it's not very common these days for professional properties to be furnished. also the furnished properties seem to be more expensive compared to comparable unfurnished.
any suggestions or advice from anyone about this?
