I just went through a divorce. I don’t know what to do now. No family, I have a car and 1 suitcase full of clothes. I recently just lost my job.
I have $9500 in my IRA, and about 9k in my checking account. After we sell our house, I’ll probably have another 15-20k in my checking account. I guess I need to start looking for a job, and a place to stay. I’m 30 years old. Feeling so lost and depressed. I hear being single in your 30s sucks.. not being financially stable in your 30s sucks worse.
I have the following bills -Car note plus insurance combined: 430/month @4% 4 years left. -child support: 312/month, 6years left
That’s pretty much it, before I start to add rent, utilities, etc....
