Back story: I’m a college student moving for an internship. My isp doesn’t reach my new location, and was month to month. I do not want a 12 month agreement, and I’m not sure what my options are. When I was in high school we just used our phones as hotspots, but I feel like carriers are getting more and more strict with that. What are my options?
