I'm very petite (5'1) and most places that sell petite clothing are big expensive brands. I haven't tried shopping in the kid's section but come on, that's slightly embarrassing. It's also specifically very hard to find pants because they're too long or just aren't cute. I'm open to anything! I hear Romwe and other similar sites are good for petites, but their quality is awful.
