The title kinda sums things up... however, recently due to several new hires at the company openly sharing their wages I’ve found I am paid several thousand less in the same position after 10+ year with the company than those who have recently graduated. I raised my concern with my boss and they replied they are unable to control wages. The company I work for issues annual 2% - 3% raises at best and there is little advancement opportunity... even if I were to be promoted to a higher position I would only make a few thousand more than the aforementioned new hires. What should I do, i feel like I have no other option at this point than to find a new job.
