Where I live bags are 0.05 each, so 20/$1 seems like the best offer out there compared to the ludicrous price that most bags are sold for. I just don't really want to ask the cashier for 20-40 bags cause they may say they're not for sale, only for groceries.
On another note I have a cat and I empty out her box daily so I'm going through a bag every day or two so I'd like to have a good amount on hand.
