I'm a fan of Korean ramen, particularly Shin Ramen. Went to make some and realized someone had opened it and used the flavor packet. WTH.

Luckily, I had some Gochujang (chili paste) for when I make Kimchee and added that to the noodles. Also added some stock concentrate I keep in the fridge. It was as good/better than the packed stuff (yes, I add other things).

I think from now on I will just bulk up on cheap noodles and use the Gochujang and stock to make my spicy Korean noodles. (I usually add green onion, egg, meat, and Kim Chee to the brew).
