Title says it all. I am 19 years old and not in college. I will need to find a place to live, I already own a car. I have no idea of what my expenses will be like, but I would ideally like to live alone if that would be even possible for me.
Monthly income: $2200 after taxes
Current expenses:

Car payment + insurance ($400 a month combined)

PSN / other game subscriptions ($30 a month)

Phone ($50 a month)
Is $8000 enough to get me set up with my own place, including utilities and internet? I am hoping to have a monthly rent of no more than $650.
