I know this isn't a typical /r/personalfinance post, but here it goes

Current situation: 28 years old, debt free. My company pays me in RSU's in addition to my salary. This year I'm expecting to receive, pre tax, 200k in RSU stocks and 148k in salary. I currently have 95k in a 401k and maxing my employer contribution match of 2% of contributions. I have 109k in an investment account; 20k of that is in cash and the rest is mostly in ETFs. Additionally I have ~25k in crypto. I'm getting a 100k bonus in a few weeks, which should be ~65-70k in cash after tax withholding. So in May my net worth should be ~270k - 300k. I have the same bonus coming again in November if I keep my job. Next year, looking at ~280-300k total comp if the stock price stays the same.

I'm wondering how early I could reasonably retire. These numbers are ballistic but I'm often working until 9pm at night, my personal relationships are strained and I'm wondering why I'm spending my youth in front of a computer. I basically have no life and I work so hard that I feel like I have no choice but to drink on weekdays. But I worry that if I take time off now, I'll come back and be back in the average salary pool for my job - 100k to 200k total comp - and I'd be missing out on possible earnings. And my job is stressful but I'm still on a growth path where I'm at right now.

Basically I'm wondering if I'd be a buffoon to take a couple years off, hang out at a beach somewhere and invent something new, start a company or whatever. Or if I should just stick it out for the next ten or fifteen years, save a ton and retire earlier than most.
