Fed up with buying a new vacuum every few years. I've had a great experience with Shark customer service but I'm fed up with my current vacuum breaking down when I need it the most, so I'm finally ready to invest in a lifetime vacuum purchase.
I have a budget in the $500 - 800CAD range. I've heard that only Dyson or Miele are worth it for lifetime purchases, but open to other suggestions, too.
