So I actually already have a pair shipped, but I have 2 weeks to walk in them at home if I decide they are or aren't 100% right. They cost $370, tax included. I have hard to fit feet (high arch, wide, high instep, ankles that roll out, narrow heels). I wear Merrell Moab almost everyday, and I am on my second pair, and find that they last 2 years.
I just wanted to see what others thought of the brand. They feel amazing, I hear of an average 6 year life span, some even more. If going at 6 years, that means it'll cost about $61/per year. I am terrified to pay that much for shoes...BUT once you try them on verses the $150ish shoes, I felt there was no going back. I tried Dansko, Keen, Mephisto, and for my issues, it felt right. It was very difficult to throw down that much for shoes, but I compared and contrasted with other brands. Spent about 1 1/2 at the shoe store and a month researching the brands.
Just wanted to see if others also sided with Finn Comfort and how they felt about their purchase.
