Hey BIFL!
I'm looking for recommendations on a good quality external hard drive for back up/archival purposes. I'll be backing up to the cloud as well but need physical copies as well. Can't have too many backups!
The most important aspect is that the data should be protected from physical damage (temperature, water, etc.). I've seen one that's IP68 compliant. Size can be 1TB+. I'm not concerned with speed as this not intended for read/write daily use.
Does anyone have any recommendations/experience? Or brands I should stay away from?
