I went to a showroom today to try out a couple Haworth chairs, and I was very impressed by the Fern. I didn't get to sit in it for very long, maybe 10ish minutes because it was a working showroom, but from first impression the back felt incredible, and the soft tube lumbar support was one of the best I've felt. Without being able to sit for a longer time I'm still unsure about how it feels after a long time of use/wear. I also sat in the zody which was very comfortable, but the back didn't feel as good. This chair has been out for much longer, so if anyone has dealt with the chair for several years or has dealt with Haworth customer support could chime in that would be fantastic!
