I am looking at the WDAY income statement and noticed they are operating at a loss. I'm in the industry and many see them as successful growing cloud software company. I understand the industry enough to know that there is high early investment in setting up a cloud infrastructure and revenue follows but I would expect the losses decreasing over time. Can someone explain why that would make the stock attractive?
