So far, I've gotten 20% off my first subscription based order from:
- Amazon (this may be exclusive to prime, I don't remember)
- Petsmart
- Chewy
It seems to be limited to certain items (e.g., cat and dog food, but not cat litter)
All three offer the option to stop your subscription at any time, so you're not locked into future purchases. It applies only to online orders, but shipping is free for larger purchases (or with Prime in my case with Amazon).
I did a quick search ("pet") on this subreddit and didn't find any mention of this, so I'm assuming it hasn't been talked about here
