My 55 year old dad has been working at korean grocery store as a store clerk for the past 15 years. Business wasn't doing well recently, so the owner closed shop and my dad is out of a job. Being that the community is predominately korean, he can find a similar job in the community despite his English not being very reliable.
Right now he lives with my uncle who he splits rent with, but my cousin is looking to have my uncle move out soon. I will be graduating from RoTC really soon, and will be earning a steady income. So I would like to have my dad move in with me. We have both discussed this before and are on the same page. However, the issue is what kind of jobs would be available for him to do?
He is able-bodied, but otherwise has no real skills to speak of. His English is passable given he does interact with English-speaking customer on a limited basis, but definitely by no means fluent.
