I've been unemployed for 2 years now because of medical reasons. My employer wants to meet me tomorrow to give me the requirements for the job and probably to discuss the contract with me. We haven't discussed the salary yet, how should I approach that conversation properly? Thanks.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I still have a pending final interview from a different company.
