I have requested my W-2 from a former job, but it hasn't been sent yet.

I need to file my taxes this week and I don't have the W2 from a job I worked the majority of last year at. What can I do to get it or delay the date I file taxes?

My 17 year old daughter has a job and Dad (me) has a question.
I sent a debt validation letter. Debt collector repsonded with attachment that looks like a itemized bill from the orginal creditor, but it has noted on it "This is not a bill".
Change jobs to get into my field or stay to kill debt?
Credit card limit increased twice in the past 2 months. Should I be worried?
What should I be doing from here? Am I in cruise control?
Is this realistic planning for a 5 year "mini-retirement" from 40-45, currently 33y.o. in the US
