Description of the job: an in-field sales rep/brand ambassador, so I am driving my own car to different locations whenever I do a shift. Is the only way to reduce taxes at the end of the year by logging miles driven? Any other ways to reduce the taxes? How much would that even reduce it?

How much should I put aside every paycheck in order to prepare to pay at the end of the year?

Additional info: I do have another full time job, as well as another side job - I am an official employee in both of them, not an independent contractor. 1 full time job, 1 part time, and this is 1 independent contractor job.

Also, I may be getting more independent contractor gigs - so I assume whatever advice I get for this one applies to them the same?

Thanks in advance to all who could advise me!
