Long story short, I jumped into my double sized bed and one of the steel beam got bent under the weight, so now we have like a bending inwards in the middle of the bed.https://ift.tt/2IylO0w thought was to hammer it until it gets straight again and then adding a pair of steel bars on the sides of the 'poor fullmetal' the bed is made of.
