A picture is worth a thousand frustrations, so let's start with this: https://ift.tt/2EQ7jmu got a new faucet for my new vanity. The faucet is one of those single-handle jobs that comes with its own input lines because everything has to go into a small space. As you can see from the photo, the faucet input line is 3/8" and female. This hose is proprietary and required for the faucet. As you can also see from the photo, my supply line is 1/2" and also female. The shut-off valve it is attached to appears to be crimped. The lines go into the wall directly. I don't know if they would be easy to replace, but that would probably cost a lot more than some kind of adapter. The problem is, I can't seem to find anyone selling a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter that would fit this. I have found a couple old listings for adapters that would work, but they are no longer for sale. The dude at Lowes was at a loss to find the right adapter for me.Help me, DIY, you're my only hope!/end hologram via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2H3SH93
