I've been clean bulking for 2 months and eat pretty much the same stuff everyday, cooked the same way. I mainly eat most of this stuff with no seasoning, I'm afraid to try something I won't like and there's so many recommendations out there.
- Baked Chicken Breast (Seasoned with Old Bay seasoning, which isn't all that special IMO, or Lawry's seasoning)
- Oatmeal (prepared with Whole Milk) w/ Cinnamon, Honey, A ton of Brown Sugar. I think I need to reduce the amount of brown sugar. (Switching up between Instant/Whole Grain/Steel Cut)
- Whole Grain Brown Rice (nothing added, afraid to try random seasonings)
- Whole Wheat Bread (By itself, or with Peanut Butter and Banana)
- Peanut Butter
- Banana
- Rice Cakes
- Whole Wheat Tortillas (Mainly eat by themselves, or with some chicken, or dipped in Lentils)
- Lentils (sometimes I season them with Lawry's after cooked)
- Tuna (2x's a week, seasoned with Pink Himalayan Salt)
I'm wanting to add recipes (looking for something to satisfy my cravings for sweets and deserts) that include what I eat now, or require little extra and easy to prep in bulk. Also, looking to add other ingredients/staples to spice some what I eat now, while also remaining frugal.
