I had to dig a dry creek bed in my backyard to prevent it from flooding when it rains. Due to the digging I have a big pile of fill dirt that I dug up. Can I mix the fill dirt with topsoil to fix the depressions/holes/some small grading issues in my yard? After I spread the dirt, I plan on reseeding and putting a straw mat over the seed.
