Hey there,
Unfortunately my parents don't have the best of understanding when it comes to giving financial advice, or answers to questions i have. I've been reading the wiki, searching posts, and googling around and it still feels like the information i find doesn't exactly match the situation i'm in, or perfectly answer the questions i have.
I'm mainly curious if it makes any sense to hire a financial advisor to answer general questions about how things work, realizing goals, and budgeting for my personal situation. I've spent a lot of time researching and i'm still not confident in what i've gathered. Overall i'm in a really good situation, but i'm trying to figure out how to make it better, and not be finacially irresponsible.
The following would be example questions/topics:
-Help figuring out long term goals... (House i guess?)
-I'm making payments on a car i bought a year ago, and i'm not "in love" with it, what are my options if i wanted a different car?
-General budgeting, make good money, live with my girlfriend, bad at saving, but 0 debt.
Thanks!! (Sorry if formatting ends up being bad, i tried my best from my phone)
