I’m in the market for a set of new pots and pans. The ones I have are Rachel Ray hard enamel. They work well, but it’s not something I’m going to be able to keep for life. I’m an avid cook, I like to be able to go from stove to oven. I would prefer dishwasher safe. I do own a few cast iron pots, some porcelain covered. I really enjoy them, but they’re old and were bought at a flea market years ago. TIA for responses.
