Can anyone else move their mutual funds to other mutual funds instantly pre/post market without a fee and have it take effect as soon as the market opens?

There have been days that I have moved my mutual funds around pre market if futures were very heavily positive or negative. I have made extra gains this way and avoided huge losses this way. Is this normal for personal bank bought mutual funds? I haven't read about a cap I have on the amount of times I can do this.
