Hey guys, my family owns a large manufacturing shop in which I have access to almost any machine/tool you can imagine. The problem is, the shop is across town from my house and I have a newborn at home so I want to be able to build stuff for myself at home on the weekends instead of going to our shop and leaving my wife for long periods to build something. That being said, I like to woodwork and I'm trying to set up a little shop in my garage for home projects. I don't have a ton of money to do this so I'm just trying to get the essentials right now. The tools wouldn't be used heavily so durability isn't as important to some. My question is, people that have experience buying and using cheap air tools like 18 gauge nailers and crown staplers, what was your experience? Did they work properly or was it a constant headache to use them? What are people's thoughts or experiences from buying and using bench power tools (bench grinder, bench band saw, bench sanders, etc.) from somewhere like Harbor Freight? Any thoughts would be appreciated! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Hfwlx3
