As the title says I am 25 looking to hopefully open a restaurant within the next ten years. I only have 3,000 in savings and no debt. I'm just a line cook now, but have been working for about 6 years in various back of the house positions. Also I have no degree only a work log at some very nice fine dining establishments. What would be some good places to start growing income for opening my own place? Just wanting to open a small corner restaurant with a private room for course dinners. Any and all advice will be appreciated!
