I just bought a Gaiam yoga mat from Amazon and I noticed the packaging on the mat says that it is guaranteed for life. Is that something new?
I've used cheap mats like Gaiam before. And they've deteriorated after a couple of years. Has anyone used the warranty process through Gaiam before?
