All the reports of Amazon’s labor practices combined with the news that Jeff bezos is now the richest man in the world left a bad taste in my mouth. So I started by looking into my amazon prime usage to see if was worth it. I realized I stopped buying things on amazing because the review system is too gamed to be trusted anymore. And I’ve only streamed one thing in the last year. So I canceled it.
This led to me looking at all the rest of my subscriptions I take for granted: pandora, Netflix, Costco, etc. I ended up canceling two more and that adds up to about $350/year!
