I'm new to this sub, but a quick scan didn't reveal too much about members views on simple diets which I would think is related to simpleliving. I hate spending time in the kitchen, so most of what I eat is raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and some fermented foods. Does anyone else do this and believe it helps them live more simply?
